QA Support Volunteer

We are looking for a QA Support Volunteer to assist our development team with software testing and quality assurance activities. The role involves testing web applications, identifying and reporting bugs, checking new features, and helping ensure a better user experience. This is a practical, volunteer-based opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in software testing and QA while working with a development team.

• Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts • Ability to identify, reproduce, and report bugs clearly • Basic knowledge of web applications and user interfaces • Familiarity with tools such as browser developer tools, Postman, or issue tracking tools is a plus • Good communication and attention to detail • Willingness to learn and work with the development team • No prior professional experience is required
